Body Electric: Quantum Interaction

by Gerald Epling

Every message in our nervous system begins and ends as a carefully choreographed dance between electrical fields, magnetic fluxes, and chemical messengers. Every message that is carried from the brain to the heart, or anywhere else in our bodies, begins with a “spark”.

The quality of our thoughts is played out through the signals that dance freely within our bodies and across the surfaces of our skin. The voltages that we experience are influenced by what we think and how we chose to look at life.

Figure 1 shows the pattern of personal electricity that is generated over a period of four seconds when someone says or thinks, with conviction, “I feel GREAT today!” Notice the regular signal of the heartbeat that rides along with the rise and fall associated with feeling good.

Figure 1. Four seconds of electrodermal activity that was generated when someone thought, with conviction, “I feel GREAT today!”

Figure 2. Forty seconds of electrodermal activity.

Figure 2 shows forty seconds of electrodermal activity and includes the four seconds of activity shown in Figure 1.

The positive effect of deciding to feel good continues on long after the thought has left conscious awareness.
